The featured Mustang for October 1998 is Elder Brian's '66 coupe.
Brian is currently on an LDS mission in Jamaica, and is receiving our newsletter
even though his car is currently in storage, awaiting his return.
Brian is the third owner of this Tahoe Turquoise 1966 coupe. He bought it
from the estate of a former TVMFC club member, John Waugh. It has 98,000
original miles, C-code 289 with the stock 2-barrel carburator and C4
automatic transmission. He is not sure what is exactly original and what is
restored beyond having new paint and upholstery. He has only done minor
things to it like valve stem seals, rebuild the power steering, new package
tray, etc.
